If You’re Not Ready for Help Yet (That’s Okay)
Start small. You don’t need a massive, overwhelming wellness routine. Just picking one small step today counts:
- Write down exactly how you feel, even if it is just one sentence.
- Say your feelings out loud to the empty room (even if it’s just: “I am so overstimulated right now”).
- Take 5 minutes completely to yourself (no phone scrolling, no chores, no noise).
- Step outside your front door for a breath of fresh air.
- Drink a full glass of water and eat a small snack.
A Final Reminder
You are not failing. You are actively adjusting to a massive, life-altering transition. You are a whole human being, and you deserve support, rest, and real care, too.
