The Wild Ride of Motherhood
As a proud mama to the most energetic 6-month-old boy. I’ve quickly learned that motherhood is a wild ride. Therefore, this blog is my way of creating a community, a safe space where new moms, seasoned pros, and anyone curious about this raw adventure can connect, share, and find support.
Why “Unmasked?”
I chose “unmasked” because I believe in stripping away the pressure to be perfect. Social media often paints a picture of motherhood that’s polished and pristine, but the truth is, that is far from the truth. Specifically, I want to provide an honest motherhood experience, sharing the sleepless nights, mental health/postpartum, the meltdowns (both mine and Zay’s!), and the moments of pure, unadulterated joy. In other words, I want to provide a realistic perspective.
